Bulletins

A list of High Court Bulletins can be found on the AustLii website.

The High Court Bulletin is a record of

Cases Reserved
Section 40 Removals
Cases Granted Special Leave, and
Cases Refused Special Leave

as at the date of each issue.

The High Court Bulletin is compiled approximately once a month from February to December after each Court sitting.  It includes the results of the special leave hearings heard on the Tuesday after each sitting.

The Bulletin is NOT cumulative. For a record of previous sittings please refer to earlier High Court Bulletins.
